Southern Strategies is a proud family-owned and operated business. Led by Mike, the company thrives under the dedicated involvement of his wife, Andrea, and their two sons, Connor and Cooper, who together uphold a tradition of hard work, integrity, and personal service in everything they do. 

As Mike’s long career in telecommunications drew to a close, he faced a pivotal choice: retire or pursue something new. He chose the latter, and in January 2024, with the support of his family, founded Southern Strategies after a chance introduction to their unique style of consulting. The vision was to create a business that would allow the family to stay close and work side by side toward a shared goal.
