Strategies that start with your priorities.

Three offerings. One thoughtful starting point.

Whether your priority is financial flexibility, employee well-being or a potential tax opportunity, we start by understanding what you want to accomplish. Then we help determine what deserves a closer look with the appropriate specialists and your existing advisors.

01

Liquidity & Legacy Strategies

If you had greater access to capital, what would you do next?

Purchase a home. Help your children through college. Travel more. Create more flexibility for retirement. Expand your business or give your most valuable people a stronger reason to stay.

You’ve worked to build financial strength. We help you explore how that strength could support what matters next, without necessarily selling the assets you want to keep.

We begin with your priorities, then work alongside your existing advisors and appropriate specialists to evaluate potential strategies for access to capital, business continuity, and the legacy you want to leave. Each opportunity depends on your financial circumstances, qualification, and capacity to sustain the strategy over time.

02

Employee Wellness Programs

Could your benefits do more to support the people your organization depends on?

We help employers explore employee wellness programs in the context of their workforce, current benefits and administrative capacity. The review considers available services, employee eligibility, participation requirements, payroll coordination, implementation responsibilities and ongoing support. Any projected employer savings or employee benefit should be supported by the specific program terms and reviewed with your payroll, benefits and tax advisors. Start with a conversation about your workforce and what you want to improve; we can then determine whether a program review is appropriate.

03

Tax Strategies

When was the last time your business activities were reviewed for tax opportunities specific to how you operate?

We help identify areas that may merit a specialist review, such as reported employee tips, qualifying research activities or commercial property improvements. Availability depends on the facts, applicable rules, documentation and filing periods. We coordinate with the appropriate resources and your existing tax advisor to assess eligibility, explain the process and clarify fees and responsibilities before you decide whether to proceed. A preliminary conversation is not a determination of eligibility or a promise of savings.

A clear evaluation before a decision.

We begin with your objective, establish the relevant facts and help coordinate the right resources. You should understand both the opportunity and the obligations before moving forward.

Your priorities guide the conversation.

We take time to understand the issue, why it matters and the constraints any approach must respect. The next step may be a focused review—or a decision that an approach is not appropriate for your situation.

Coordinate with the right specialists.

Mike Phalin works directly with clients and coordinates specialized resources when the situation calls for them. Your existing legal, tax, insurance and financial advisors remain important to evaluating any proposed approach.
